This is how Tom makes his living, it is what he does to feed his family. In our opinion he does it extremely well, it is a fantastic bargain and he and Brian provide support that I personally have never seen before in 35 years in this business. It is incredible to see a vendor so devoted to his product and customers. He (and Brian) are the one in a billion that are making us move up to the next level of diagnostic skills.

But can you return your scope and purchase from Tom instead? That would give you all the benefits of Tom's Autonerdz group. And at least for those of us here in the US the price was exactly the same, to the nearest dollar, as the prices listed on the pico site.
Or you could purchase the support option, I would certainly pay $650 a year for the support and training I have received, especially for the first year when there are so many questions.
We have paid for training many, many times, often $100-$200 for one or two nights of training from other vendors and companies. Some sessions have been worth the money, some have not! But to us none of our training over the decades has been as valuable as what we have received right here from Autonerdz.
