We understand that plans can change, and we strive to balance fairness to our clients with the realities of hosting high-demand events. Due to the limited seating and consistent sell-outs, each reservation represents a valuable opportunity for someone else. Please review the following refund structure:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. This fee helps cover planning, materials, and processing costs already incurred.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, as it is often too late to fill the seat.
Note: While we are unable to guarantee refunds in short-notice situations, at the owner's discretion, a missed event or partial refund may be considered as a discount toward a future event. This is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to be as understanding as possible when circumstances are beyond your control.
