My files won't open, help!
Jan 2nd, 2015 at 5:35pm

Has anyone else faced this issue before?  I click on the update tab under "Help" and it shows that I'm up to date, using Version 6.6.46.1.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, all of my personal library seems to be locked out because of this failure and I had a nice collection building.
Thanks for your help,
Doug

Download the latest beta version.

Did you captured this Toyota file with this 6.6.46.1 ?

Try rebooting your PC.

I don't know which version I was using at the time of this file being saved.  I've been adding personal recordings and updating Pico as both came available.  It wasn't until... the last update? that this happened.  The PC gets booted up each day and still the problem remains.

The update feature in the Pico itself says the version I'm running is the most current but I see now on the Pico website that R6.10.10 just came out last month.  Maybe that will fix it.
Thanks.

With Pico open click on HELP and then ABOUT PICO (which is the lowest option in that list) then what pops is the version you have installed if you have 2 PCs check that they are the same number.

Go ahead and update to this version on all your PCs

And the newest update, from Pico's website not through the pico software, fixed the issue.  Thanks for the response and the idea for a software update!

Very good.  We advise not to update with the update feature within PicoScope.  This often goes terribly wrong.  Always download the installer to your PC and then update manually.
