How can I learn how large my files are? I have some PICO captures to post. I might have 9 screens, is there a way to take a screen from the capture using the PICO software? I mean if I take a snapshot with Irfanview, I lose the function of the PICO software and get only the snapshot; if I could take just one screen of the capture and post it with the functions intact then I would become happy...

After you have saved all of the screens, open that file up, get the screen you want out of the multiple screen file pulled up, then select "save as". At the bottom of that pop up, there should be a selection to save only 1 screen, just name it something different from the original file name, or use the original file name and add something like SCRN1 at the end.
