Last few days we have had endless trouble communicating with anyone that has a Yahoo email address.  Yahoo is broken and Yahoo users are unable to receive mail.

Sample of the kickback messages we have been receiving:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  xxxx@yahoo.com
    retry timeout exceeded
