Mick,

I don't know for sure. I did have this happen once before.

Here is what I think is happening.....

The InMotion web hosting service has proven to be quite unreliable up to this point. The server keeps going down at random. Not for very long....But if someone is on the forums doing something when that happens, the files get corrupted. The critical files that give them their identity here.

The last time this happened it was also times to another one of these events.

It was down again this morning.

I was able to restore that member from the backups. Looks like I may have to go back to the office today to do that again. Smiley

I have a triple firewall and packet handler and sometimes when im on the forums - I get alerts for form spoofing and the their IP will pop up showing the address its coming from. Has anyone else had this happen?

They tell me that other clients that share the virtual private server I am on load it up and take it down. They also tell me that when someone does this their account is suspended until they fix the issue. Or....they are expelled.

So this happens that much eh? I will give them a chance to resolve it...may have to go for a private server if we have to. Can't be having this happen.
