I have a HP iPAC  for sale loaded with Auto Enginuity and also Factory Ford PDS software including flash updates.
The Ford software is the latest update available. Included are a sync / charge cradle, 115 v quick charger, 12v car adapter charger, cable to connect to vcm and a carrying case. The AE runs off of a wireless adapter which is shown in the pictures. I also have all of the backup software and literature.
I gotta think it worth $300 + shipping.
