Does anyone know about the "INSERT IMAGE" tab at the top left in the controls
It makes me assume that I can insert images in the text
This would be really good if it works
Then we could add multiple pics to one post
It would be even better to have a little story with pics at certain spots

I can't figure it out

I thought that maybe I could do this with MS Word

So I made a page of text and a couple pics
When I copied and pasted to the forum all the pics disappeared (below)
Copying it to Irfranview and then to the forum is just wat too much work
It is just easier to make multiple posts for multiple attachments

So lets try to add a couple pics to text

Here is a harsh reality that we all have to deal with

I am looking for an alternative way to do this so I don’t have to use photobucket

Well if this works we can then retrain the SUPERNERD

This a lot of work
Way more than putting a bunch of posts for several attachments

Yup.  That's it.  I often post images this way because I can load them up on the server myself.  The I paste the url, highlight and push the image button to make it go in line with the post.

If you do this, just be aware that if you have your images hosted elsewhere besides our server, if the server or your account goes away for any reason, so will all the pics you posted.  The benefit of loading them up on the Autonerdz site server is that they will be available as long as these forums are.

I am hoping that in the next upgrade of the Yabb forums software that we will have the ability to upload multiple images.  I'll have to look again and see if anyone has hacked a mod for this feature yet   Wink
