I looked some of the stuff over on the web site and here are a few comments:
Some of the information there is incorrect and some is misleading. They have a pdf there comparing their scope to the Pico 3206 (non automotive model). Pico has high speed USB 2.0 interface. They state that it is 12MB/s which is USB 1.1. That's incorrect. Plus, their comments on the Pico interface show that they are either unfamiliar with it or never learned how to operate a Pico. This raises a red flag for me. Caution is indicated.

Cleverscope has a faster ADC and larger memory that PicoScope automotive units.
The Cleverscope uses slower USB 1.1 interface. This will greatly reduce the screen update rate data transfer over Pico units which are high speed USB.
Cleverscope requires a power supply. Pico is USB powered.
Cleverscope does not offer a four channel unit.
Cleverscope is not designed for automotive use. There is no BNC protection against shorts and no automotive geared support, software or accessories.
Cleverscope is 10bit. PicScope automotive units are 12bit vertical resolution.
Pico is well established in the automotive field. With Cleverscope, you would be in uncharted waters applying it to automotive use.
