Custom Ranges

Hi,
I don't know if this has been discussed before, I did a search with no results. I have captures from earlier Pico software in which I had made custom ranges that the waveforms were captured. When I bring these captures to be displayed with the newer software the waveform scaling is wrong but the waveform is usually fine. I have made the custom ranges that were the same as previous captures, but this does not work either. When I bring in these old files there is no custom ranges.

Hi hitek,

Most PicoScope support information is in the PicoScope Users Area. This is only visible to members of the support group. That's why it didn't come up in your search. We have a tutorial movie library being built there as well as other discussion.

First make sure you are using 5.10.06. This should open previous 5.09.05 captures. Some of the very early software version captures are not fully compatable with the current version.
