The TA206 maxi fuse extension lead is designed to be used with standard maxi automotive fuses. The maxi fuse is a large blade-style fuse used to protect high-current circuits and handle large inrush currents on some vehicles.
You should generally only purchase bare modules as a replacement when you already own a kit.
