The fuel hose pressure tap provides a simple way to connect the WPS500X into an existing fuel or other suitable sized hose. Simply disconnect one end of the hose, inset the tap and use an additional short length of hose to reconnect the system. The WPS500X can then be attached directly to the quick coupler enabling in-circuit pressure measurements to be made on the live system. If a clear length of hose is used, you can inspect the flow for any signs of cavitation, bubbles or unexpected reverse flow. The medium fuel hose pressure tap is compatible with 5/16" and 3/8" internal diameter flexible hoses (not supplied).
You should generally only purchase bare modules as a replacement when you already own a kit.
