3.8 v-6 engine winstar with a bucking like shutting key on and off,cam sychronizer chattering causing mutiple cam signals

So zooming in on one switch from high to low you see there were multiple times a threshhold may have been crossed (voltage) that will have triggered a response (although incorrect) from the ignition module, ECM.
I wonder what that is?

cam sychronizer caused this it was worn and chattering to cause this concern
