Bad MSN connection?

I had trouble this morning and previous; Internet Explorer could not for the life of it find this site. It found any other site I went to. I erased all history, cookies, etc., turned off the computer and went to work this morn and have come back to find the ability to log on here restored.
Did anybody else have this issue?
