Hi Damian
>>I did price you when buying my kit and you encouraged me to look for a dealer here in Ireland,<<
This is a real problem for new scope users.
I have recommended Tom as the "guy to buy from" for a while now. Unfortunately though, it is not immediately obvious to a first time buyer, just how deep & interesting this subject becomes.
I would sum this up by comparing it to buying a Ferrari, with the wrong wheels & tyres (tires for you guys

)
Imagine buying your dream Ferrari, yet not appreciating the importance of the tyres. You would never realise the full potential of your investment if you were shy with your purchase. You might actually leave the car in your garage! OUCH!!!
I know of too many techs, who have purchased Pico, but have not considered the importance of training & support. Their scope just gathers dust & they waste not only their initial investment, but also they miss out on the fascinating journey that Picoscope provides.
Tom & Autonerdz offer an unparalleled level of backup & guidance. If anyone is truly serious about self development in this arena, then the seemingly high initial cost of the Autonerdz package, will soon appear to be "most acceptable"

For the record, I am not one of Toms customers, but I do know what he is about. I have often wished that I had bought my scope from Autonerdz, as the continued access to the "full support" would certainly have benefited me.
Make sure you have the proper grip on your Ferrari & then go enjoy!
