I grew up around cars, My Dad owned a junkyard and 3 bay garage.
For my first car he told me to go out back and take my pick.
My pick was a 1971 Dodge Demon with a 318 ( Its a sister car to the Plymouth Duster)
Many nights and weekends were spent swapping parts, everything from steering column with P/S to engine.
I went into the Air Force upon graduation as an Aerospace Ground Support Technician. We were responsible for maintaining flightline equipment such as, air compressors, hydraulic test units (for testing aircraft hydraulics) gas turbine compressor units (jet engines)and numerous other equipment. I specialized in electrical and electro-mechanical.
Between enlistments I went to Nevada Gaming School and became a slot machine Technician.
I worked restoring classic and antique autos at Sussex Motor and Coach Works in Matamoras, PA
This was a dream job.

I have been working as a professional auto tech for 3 years.
I cannot believe how much has changed since I was a boy. There seems to be so much to learn, But on the other hand not much has changed.
Looking forward to increasing my knowledge and diagnostic skills.
I hope I can contribute something of value also.
