When going to forum area I only see the general public section not the user area

That's because you are not authorized to view the PicoScope Users Area.  This area is one part of our PicoScope support package.

I try to tag each of our PicoScope customers, as they register on these forums, and grant them access to that area.  I do this by running the registered email through the database to confirm that they are entitled to access.  Your email did not match anything on the list.  I have no other way to identify you.

If you are an Autonerdz Customer, who purchased your PicoScope kit from us, you have rights to access to the full Autonerdz support package.  If you send me a private email with some identifying information so that I can confirm that you are one of our customers, I will be happy to grant your access to the PicoScope Users Area.  My apologies if you got left out.   Embarrassed
