I am a Lincoln / Mercury driveability tech with 22 years of Ford (gas) / Lincoln / Mercury experience and about 8 months of Creative Lab Scope technique experience.  I took Tom's classes last summer and have been gradually reaping the benefits.  I'll be the first to admit I don't know everything but I am learning and it still is fun (sometimes more fun than others).  Thanks Tom for the extra insight!
