Hey all i wanted to ask i just upgraded to the 4425A but still have my 4425 case and clamps etc, my question is will the 4425A fit into the spot in the case of the 4425 and be able to close it and have it function the same with no mods? Thank You.

ps i know they are only 1/2' or so different but that might matter here.

The 2 cases are different. The area where the scope sits is flat across the BNCs for the 4425A. The 4425 Is indented on the ends.

Thank You Trevor, Will the 4425A fit in the case? I belive the 4425A is slightly shorter but thicker so i was open it would fit. Can you put the 4425A in the 4425 case and send me pic and see if it closes?

looks like the 4425 square is bigger so it should fit but not sure about hight

What you see is the result of camera distance and angle.

Point is. A 4425A will fit in a 4425 case just fine. The strip of indented foam could be trimmed to clear the BNCs a little more but it doesn't seem to be critical.

Picture shows 4425A in a 4425 case.
