Hello new member here, I have been thinking about getting a picoscope from autonerdz and am wondering why they no longer offer their training and support with purchase

Changes are occurring as a result of the pandemic and other issues.

At this time we do have custom kits with Picogroup resources included.  Give us a call.

oh gee.. I too was just about to make the purchase I've been saving for the last 2 years (standard kit) when the covid-19 broke. I've now got those funds on hold as who knows what the future will hold. Tom, I know it's hard to forecast, but is your intention to return to offering the autonerdz training/support/resources once things settle down or may this be the end of that? (please say no!  :-[)

Even if the office is shut down, the extensive online resources will be maintained.  After all, we still have the largest PicoScope automotive knowledge base in the world.

gotcha... the scary part for me is to check that box that says "I understand that Autonerdz training and support is not included with this kit"... no.. I don't want to click that box!  :'( :'(
