www.classicshell.net I've been using this awhile and it works really good. It changes your windows 8 home page back to the windows 7 home page with the search bar and start button. The rest of windows 8 stays intact. There is 3 options of how you can set up the search and start button.

Hi Mike,

Looks like there was an extra space added to the end of your link, which seems to have broken it.  I just removed the space so that the link works.  :)

Cheers,

Andrew

Mike,

Isn't the upgrade from 8 to 8.1 still free?  Didn't they add better access to the desktop in that version?  Just a thought.

Hi crackerclicker. I'm not sure about the 8.1. I'm just used to windows 7 and a tad bit computer illiterate. lol
