i would like to have the ws500 but i can not afford it yet. i believe the fluke will be a good tool to learn on and then upgrade to the ws500.

Dennisb,

PM me your address, I will let you borrow my PV350 until you can step up. I have not used it in a long time, and I am not sure how accurate it is, since it seemed to be having some issues. I did use it successfully many times before I picked up my WPS from Tom.
