Title: PicoScope Interactive Screen
Post by Tom Roberts on Nov 29th, 2011 at 1:39pm
Brian was bored, so he did this:

http://www.autonerdz.com/psinteractive/interactivescreen.html

We thought it was pretty cool and decided to make it available to everyone.

The links to the in depth tutorials require Autonerdz Picogroup membership but there is a lot here that could be quite informative to all PicoScope users.

hi mark,

blame it on tom's wife  :).  i hear it was her idea to add VALUE to his training and support by creating the yearly fee.  of course, you could always get yourself a new pico from him to get all that wonderful value for life  ;).

btw, i like your most recent post on iatn.  you really take good advantage of the pico program in your presentations  8-).

Hi Crackerclicker.. I just can’t afford that yearly subscription. Now  If it was for life rather then yearly I would do it. I understand about making money but I can’t afford to be paying every year for it. Quess I’ll just have to do without for now. Thanks for looking and commenting on my so called presentation. I’m really trying to learn as much as I can,man it’s hard. Thanks again.   Mark

Mark,

Details on why we do what we do can be found on our FAQ page:

http://www.autonerdz.com/faq.htm

Guess it boils down to the axiom time is money.

The reason that our PicoScope training and support is superior is not because we are smarter than everyone else.  It's because we put more time and effort into it than anyone else can.  It's pretty much all we do.  We are the specialists.  It takes a lot of time to develop and implement all the support and training resources we offer.  The tutorials are only one part of it all.  See the attached document.  Ask anyone that uses it.  It has value.  It's like PicoScope itself....If you use it, it doesn't cost money.....it makes money.

On the other side..what is your time worth?  How much is it worth to you to have PicoScope class whenever you want to?  Saves a lot of time and frustration to have access to everything you need to reach your desired level of expertise.  No one has ever told us they didn't get what they paid for and more.

And, yes.  It was my wife's fault.  She gets a dinner every time someone purchases a subscription or renews.   ;)

Went down like this....

She said...You sure are putting a lot of work into this support system.  Why don't you put a $ value on it so people can see the added value?  People tend to think free things are not of much value.

I said....I doubt anyone would buy it but that's a great idea.

She said....OK, I bet they do buy it...and I get a dinner every time they do.   ;)

As it turned out, they do buy it...many year after year.   :)

OK, so that MBA came in handy....

One of the best 'Life Lessons' I have learned along the way is that everything has a cost, everything has price, and everything has a value: and a lower price does not necessarily mean a better value. That is why I became a AutoNerd PicoScope user, because there is great value.

Great Interactive Tutorial!
It's amazing how much depth there is to this scope.
I keep learning...
