Hi all,

B & L mechanical services require an automotive mechanic/technician for a busy workshop in Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
The workshop is very well equipped (if not the best equipped in Kalgoorlie) .
We take pride in our reputation for high customer satisfaction.

What does the job entail ?
 
* Fleet maintenance on late model asian diesel vehicles.
* Service/repairs to Ford F series super duties.
* Logbook servicing on small amount of passenger cars.
* Driveline component repairs
* Engine management/driveability repairs


The person I'm looking for will be competent tradesperson able to
troubleshoot/diagnose and repair most vehicle systems without supervision and in a satisfactory time frame.

Time management and good work ethic are highly regarded within this position and will be rewarded accordingly.

The working week is 7.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (47.5hrs).
There is ample overtime available with a degree of flexiblity to accomodate family ,sporting or other commitments.

What's the rate ?

The starting rate is $36 per hour at a flat hourly rate.
This will be reviewed after the initial three months and reviewed regularly to "reward performance".
A company vehicle is also provided with this position.

Starting rate at $36 Flat Rate; is this a average rate in Australia?
