Joe,
Some of the fluke 88 come with a lifetime warranty, I am not sure how to tell. I know if you call in to have the meter serviced you are asked for the serial # and then they tell you the warranty you have. Do you know what the warranty is with this one? How long have you had this? Do all functions work and all of the display working? Also are the two fuses good? Thanks Earl |

Earl,
I don't know what the warranty is on it. I have had it about 1.5 years, used it one time. The display all works, and all functions work. I can check the 2 fuses... If connect a AA battery to the A and mA inputs and read a current, would that be good...? Joe |

Joe,
If you look in the manual there is a test to check the fuses, by hooking the leads in series with the selector set to ohms there is a stated value for each fuse in the book. Thanks Earl |
