I recently damaged my Pico Scope, it fell off a car and stop responding. Saddest day of my life as of late. :'( ;had to take a day off from work to get over my disappointment for being so careless. I FedEx it off to Pico service centre in Texas the same day and when they could not get it fixed, they sent it to Pico in Glenwood, England. It took a month before I got it back, had to use my old Pico 3000 as a backup.

I want to thank Pico for repairing my scope and also to say how great they are in doing the repairs for free, even though my scope is out of warranty. Initially they said I would have to pay so I was preparing for a $ 1k repair cost but I only had to pay for shipping it back to me. Isn't that great! These people stand by they product. Thanks Mr Richard Boyd and the rest of Pico staff for such a great tool. [smiley=dance.gif] [smiley=dankk2.gif]

P.S. I had back my scope for a week now but have not used it yet, still using my old 3000 scope; being overly protective :-/

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TOOLS FOR GRANTED BECAUSE WHEN THEY ARE DAMAGED OR LOST IT MAKES WORKING WITHOUT THEM MORE DIFFICULT!

Your story of how Pico stands behind their product is awesome. I have heard this story several times and I am impressed with their dedication to their customers :)

I fried mine, got an ignition secondary right onto secondary clamp. Also got it fixed.
