I actually just downloaded the program for a free trial. It's called "snagit" and I just went to http://download.cnet.com/Snagit/3000-2192_4-10004813.html, there are a ton of cool features in this program it's nuts. Check it out. The free trial is like 30 days.

Nice, though I have never really been a fan of making the scope background grey, but obviously that's just personal preference.
