Title: Printing and images
Post by Kevin J on Sep 23rd, 2011 at 3:08pm
Hi I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong buts this has been a bit of a frustration. On occasion I like to print off a thread ones that are particularly interesting to study off line and for future reference. When I go to print none of the images are available in the print version despite turning on and off hide images. Has anyone else had a similar problem?  :(

Regards
Kevin

Thanks Tom, its very weird, I’ve tried IE 9, Firefox and Chrome all to no avail. Looks like I’ll have to do some homework on the settings, I’ll let you know if I find a solution. :D

Kevin

I use firefox and just hit the print preview with no problems for me either [smiley=nerd.gif]

In the options tab, you can select to print background and images.  Make sure it's selected.

Thanks DR when I looked at it I thought this must be it, changbed for both IE and firefox but no result. Funny thing is I've tried it on another computer with the same result. Must be a setting somewhere I'll keep searching, but thanks again it was great suggestion.

Kevin

Sounds like you might have something in your printer software causing this problem.  Go into the printer and check there too.
