Here are some images & waveforms from today's activities with a Verus I have on loan. The car chosen for the capture is a 2001 BMW 330ci. Interestingly enough, the car is not covered in the database for component testing purposes. Is this acceptable for a high end product & Price tag to match?
Here you can see that I am using the very latest "high tech" secondary ignition probe (Bacofoil available from all good supermarkets) ;D
I have to admit that the Verus is a major step forward for Snap-on, in terms of usability. One of my biggest frustrations with the Vantage & Modis, was the rather "fiddley" method of navigation. After a few minutes I managed to pull the following capture. I have tried to explain some of my observations within the animation........
The reflectiveness of the screen is just as much of an issue with Verus, as it is with any other platform. No better or worse ????.....
