You'll find the TFI 4 tester in the articles section of the site.
The technical article index is located here:

Just follow the directions under the eyeballs to get article access. It's all free ;) All I ask is that you credit the source, if you use any of the material.
It's on the same site (Autonerdz) but is a different system, so your username and password for these forums will not work.
