The attachment is a zip file.  Do not open it!  It's either a virus, or someone is trying to get your account info.  

Suggestion...make sure your email is indicated as not visible to the public in your profile.

I had an email from my ISP last night with a similar content (password number) to open zip file attachment, I hesitated and thought about it then phoned my provider On the first menu of the phone line there was a warning not to open these zip file's.

Question is should we just delete them or Quarantine them in the Norton antivirus.

Delete them without opening the attachment.

Our  main mailing server will be temporary unavaible for next two days,
to continue  receiving  mail  in these days you  have to configure our  free
auto-forwarding  service.
