Hello, My name is Neil and I'm a tech at a small independent shop in Modesto, Ca.  I have been involved in the Smog Check program here for about 13 years and it has been through that more than anything else that I have become involved in emission/driveability work.

I'm not using a Picoscope yet but I think that will change soon. I've used an LS 2000 sporatically for the last couple years and have owned a Vantage for about 3 months..I am a true infant when it comes to  scopes and I hearby give myself full right and privlage to ask the dumb questions.
