Ok Jimmy. Thanks. Here is what I found out:
The FirstLook has not been tested far enough on the pressure side to see when it blows up. However, if you keep the pressure under 30lbs you will be well within the operational limits.
It has bee used on diesel turbos at 22lbs boost.
I was correct in my statement that there is no limit on the vacuum side.
