The PicoScope and other DSO's are designed to measure voltage over time. If you need ohms, use your handy ohmmeter. In order for a scope to make a resistance measurement, it would have to send out a voltage. Scopes receive it, they dont send it. Use Ohms law with voltage and current and you should be on your way to figuring out resistance.
