I guess you missed Karl's response. He was all taken care of some time ago.

Sorry you are having problems. When you choose to download the beta software you can expect a few bugs. After all, that's the nature of beta software. If you share your problems on the Pico main discussion forum and let them know what the issues are, they will get right on it and help you get up and running again.

The software is not shoddy. If you don't want to use the beta software, use the stable version.

The link is below. They have world class tech support and I also have several Autonerdz support options for my customers, in addition to the fine Pico support.

I would be glad to try to help. Just send me an email. I think the Pico support is best for this problem though. They know more about these type of issues.

In any case, when one of my customers has a problem, they are taken care of. If I can't help, I hook them up with someone who can.
