Did you download that from the Pico web site? Did you select the correct OS? Did you do the Beta or the 5.09.4? Did you install into the current directory overwriring all?
It's possible that your download is corrupted. Might try again.
I have the full automotive 5.09.5 version on my site for download (8 mb) This has added automotive things as well as a couple of ranges that need fixing (easy). Access is password protected. If you email me your desired username and password I will enable your access and send you the link. So, if you would rather use that... Just be sure that you have all your captures in a safe place because it will overwrite all the Pico folders. Make sure all your captures are in folders that you created.
You might want to post the problem on the Pico Forum (link below)if these do not resolve the issue. They are gone for the weekend now though.
