Carl Grotti has been in the automotive trade as a technician for over thirty years. In 1977, he started at a Chevrolet-Buick dealership. He also gained experience and OEM training in the other GM carlines such as Oldsmobile, Pontiac, GMC, and Cadillac.
In 2000, Carl started working for the independent repair sector. This has broadened his knowledge of many other vehicle manufacturers.
Along with the manufacturer specific and independent training, he has also held ASE CMAT and L1 certifications for many years. In addition, he is a sponsoring member of the International Automotive Technicians Network (iATN).
Carl is now offering training to other technicians as his career moves forward.

monthly live voice enabled Internet sessions enable users to interact with each

resolved. We can’t see what your doing on the phone but sending us your data
file allows us to see exactly what you are doing and helps us to give more
exacting suggestions.

The PicoScope CD. This CD contains hours of PicoScope
training in Flash movie format and more. We have training on PicoScope 5 as
well as the new PicoScope 6 versions. These will really help flatten that
learning curve and turbocharge your PicoScope experience

email list serve connects you with our users world wide and enables you to
share files and offer tips or get help from the group. This is a great
enhancement for your PicoScope experience.

None of this is
meant to replace the fine direct Pico Technology factory support. This package
is meant to enhance your PicoScope experience. None of us has all the answers
and some issues require factory support. Also, We reserve the right to go on
vacation :-) Unlike the support subscription when purchased separately, the
support package that comes with a kit purchase from Auto-Know does not expire
as long as you own the equipment. However, if you upgrade your hardware by
purchasing from another supplier, obviously the support package no longer
applies to you. Be sure to talk to us before purchasing a newer model
PicoScope. Loyalty is well rewarded.
