Haven't tried it yet but once you and I don't see why it wouldn't work but if I download the Pico software on my phone or tablet wouldn't that work to open up captures to view not connected to the scope? Thanks Doug.

They only have software for Windows. So android and IOS are not going to work. 

But if you have a windows tablet ( not RT version )  then you could install the software.
