Roller brake and Suspension Test Equipment
Nov 21st, 2014 at 6:11pm

For sale, roller brake and suspension test equipment to suit cars & 4wds up to 3t axle load.
This quality equipment is designed, engineered & manufactured in Denmark and is used extensively throughout Europe & South east Asia.

The equipment has only seen 2 years of light service, is in 'as new' condition and represents outstanding value by being priced many thousands below replacement cost. It is fully optioned and is complete with remote control, large display monitor, Windows PC and full software suite for conducting, storing and printing tests.

This equipment is suited for above ground and outdoor use. Inground installation is possible also. With only a small foot print and no need rapidly drive vehicles over it for tests (as in plate type brake testers) this equipment uses only a minimum of floor space. A perfect location is on the approach to a 4 post hoist. This equipment really pays its way in terms of space efficiency.

Customers are very impressed with having their vehicles brakes and suspension quickly tested in such a safe, controlled and manner in the workshop with reports generated on a wheel by wheel basis showing brake force, handbrake effectiveness, the affects of rotor thickness variation, imbalance of braking effort, axle weight and wheel contact with road at varied frequencies of suspension movement.
This equipment is able to quickly highlight and pinpoint braking and suspension faults down to the axle or wheel - there is no guess work!
With many Australian States wanting to open opportunities for private workshops to conduct various types of vehicle inspection services, this equipment ticks many boxes to qualify workshops to competently test brakes and suspension to an exacting and repeatable standard.
Many mining companies also require site vehicles to undergo frequent brake tests to maintain rigorous safety standards.

This equipment is fully supported nationally with factory trained staff. Installation and set up is easy.

Even if this equipment is not for you perhaps there is another workshop you know of that could be interested ?
