That just means its not https security like a banking site:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTPS

The site itself is quite secure but it's possible that information exchanging over the internet could be intercepted as it would not be encrypted.

In short, no worries. There would be nothing to gain for anyone to attempt a man in the middle attack. But it's not a place to share financial information. ;)
