OK, so now, when you make your image:

Open PicoScope
Say yes to demo if you scope is not plugged in
Use Pico File/Open to browse to the file and open it.
The you can use Edit/Copy Entire Window as Image.
Paste this into your favorite image program, edit as desired and save.

This will fill in the blank values and stuff.
