Ok here it goes.... I'm a 54 year old man trying to pass first grade. Been doing this automotive stuff since 1978. Started my business in 1991. I've always maintained one to two employees at a time. The reason being I always wanted to maintain a tight customer relationship. Another words the customer can always talk to the person that worked on their car. So far it's been working for 27 years now. My slogan is I have zero customers but lots of friends. However getting back to the just of things, I've found out how much I don't know since getting my pico scope from Autonerds. Great bunch of people that have one thing in mind and that is only for me to be more successful. What else is there to say. Oh I read all the postings late at night just trying to learn from you guys!  :)
