Yep If Earl says it's good..it's good. I bought a snap-on signal simulation board from him a few years ago and it still works like a charm. :)

Have not been able to find a s/hand one over here and new is roughly 1 grand more expensive over here than in the states.

I wasn't 100% sure but suspected that would be the case. The lack of Oz software wouldn't bother me much though.
